A doctor is the person whose duties are to care for and ensure your health. Doctors have the following roles:
Undertake remote health consultations for patients through appointments booked in advance through the health assistant.
Manage health indexes, give instructions to patients in emergency situations (SOS), schedule medical examinations and prescribe medication, etc.
There might be two types of doctor in the platform:
Family Doctor: A doctor directly responsible for your healthcare such as monitoring health indexes, peceiveing abnormal alert, directly making appointment,... You can connect with family doctor through the "Contact" section in the app.
Specialist Doctor: A specialized doctor addressing specific user health concerns. Their main tasks include examination and consultation based on user needs. You can schedule appointments with specialist doctors through the Health assistant or the upcoming "Doctor appointment" feature (under development).
The feature to connect with family doctors in the "Contact" section might not work to old versions. Please wait for a new update.
After the user calls Health assistant to request a consultation appointment with a specialist doctor, the Health assistant will request appointment and send the information to the Doctor. When the appointment time arrives, the doctor will proactively call the patient and conduct health consultation.
In case you cannot attend the health consultation session, please contact the Health assistant to request to cancel the appointment. (The upcoming "Doctor appointment" feature will support this feature)
Users can ask the Health assistant to choose the specialist doctor they want. However, meeting the requirements depends on the doctor's schedule and may also depend on the package you are using.
