EMCs are other users who have a relationship with you in the app. This allows you to create contact with other users for the purpose of monitoring health and providing support in emergency situations.
There are 2 types of EMC contacts:
EM-Cared (Your following): The person you are following, you are responsible for monitoring their health status, you can see their health data, receive warnings when they have unusual health indexes or in emergency situations. (Section "Contact" → "EM Cared")
EM-Caring (Your follower): The person há will monitor your health status, they will receive warnings when you have unusual health indexes or in an emergency situation. (Section "Contact" → "EM Caring")
Not seeing complete information in an SOS alert from a loved one is due to:
No location accessibility permission: Your EM-Cared's phone settings do not allow the application to have location access.
Solution: Remind your EM-Cared to allow the app to access location in the phone's settings.
Some health indexes are blank: At the time of recording SOS, the application does not record other health data of your EM-Cared.
Solution: Remind your EM-Cared to wear the watch continuously to monitor indexes such as heart rate, spo2 and update the measurement results of blood pressure and blood sugar indexes periodically.
