Make a phone call to the Health assistant when you need advice on basic health conditions, answer questions and receive supports during use. Schedule an online health consultation with specialist doctor.
Steps to follow:
Step 1: On Home page, section Additional services, select 24/7 Center .
Step 2: Make a call to the center's 24/7 hotline number.
Step 3: Consult with the Health assistant. Request to schedule an examination with the doctor and wait for the appointment, the doctor will contact you via phone number for health advice.
Note: Some services may not always avaiable and may require users to update to certain packages, please check your own package information.
