When Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, SpO2 indexes exceed the High Risk and SOS thresholds, the user will receive a warning.
In case of recording from the SOS threshold onwards, the application will send a confirmation message to the user before sending a warning to the EM-Caring (Your followers), your Family doctors and Health assistant. The user can confirm the situation in the confirmation popup before the app takes action (check the instruction below).
Note: The feature sending warning to EM-Caring (Your followers), your Family doctors and Health assistant may require updating to certain packages.
Steps to follow
Step 1: When the app record the health index reaching the SOS threshold (from device, manual input,..). The app will send notification and a confirmation popup in app.
Step 2: The user open the app and takes action:
If the user confirms " I am fine " in the popup, the user's status will be changed back to " Normal "
If the user confirms " Need support immediately " or waits for 30 seconds, the user's status will be " Need support " and the system sends automatic notifications and calls to followers follow.
Tip: Users can customize the time frame for sending abnormal alerts at SOS settings
