¶ Contact
Contact management helps users connect with other users. You can add others as followers for yourself or monitor the health of other users.
¶ Add contact
¶ 1. Add EM-Caring (Follower)
Method 1: Add by phone number - Steps to follow:

Step 1: Log in to your account on the application.

Step 2: Go to the " Contact " page by clicking on the menu bar.

Step 3: Select the " EM Caring " tab and press the " Add Contact " button.

Step 4: Choose the method to add followers by phone number.

Step 5: Enter phone number in the search box and press the " Search " button.
For those who have registered an account

Step 6: The application displays the follower profile, the user presses the " Send request " button.

Step 7: Click the " Continue " button on the popup to confirm data sharing with followers.

Step 8: Select the relationship with the follower then press " Confirm ".
For those who have not registered an account

Step 6: Confirm sending invitations to unregistered followers' phone numbers.

Step 7: Fill in the name and choose the relationship with the follower and click the " Send invitation " button
Method 2: Add QR code - Steps to follow:

Step 1: User logs in to their account on the application.

Step 2: Go to the " Contact " page by clicking on the menu bar.

Step 3: Select the " EM Caring " tab and press the " Add Contact " button.

Step 4: Select the method " Scan QR code ".

Step 5: Grant access to camera and gallery if not already.

Step 6: Point the camera to the follower's QR code to scan directly or choose " Select picture from gallery ".

Step 7: After a successful scan, the app navigates to the follower profile screen and the user can continue the steps as when adding a follower by phone number ( press confirm, choose relationship, send invitation ).
Note: Users must use a plan that supports adding followers to use this feature.
¶ 2. Add EM-Cared (Following)
At present, the app only allows the users with the need of being tracked to actively invite others; it does not currently support the reverse action, which means you cannot request to add EM-Cared (Following).
Tips: You can contact the person that you want to track their health to actively add you as their EM-Caring.
¶ 3. Add Family Doctor
Steps to follow:

Step 1: Log in to your account on the application.

Step 2: Go to the " Contact " page by clicking on the menu bar.

Step 3: Select the " Doctor " tab and press the " Add Contact " button.

Step 4: Enter email or doctor name in the search box and press the " Search " button.

Step 5: The application displays the doctor profile, the user presses the " Send request " button.
¶ Remove Contact
Steps to follow:

Step 1: From the " Contact ", the user clicks to select any person.

Step 2: Click the " Remove contact " button on your relative's personal profile page.

Step 3: Click " OK ".
¶ Manage invitations
Users can view the total number of invitations ( including requests sent and received from other EMCs and doctors ) by clicking on the "Manage the invitations" icon 
is located on the right corner of the screen on the "Contact" page
Sent:
All requests that the user has submitted. When clicking on details, users can view personal information of EMCs and Doctors and can withdraw the invitation.
Received:
All requests sent to the user. User can accept or decline invitations directly here. In addition, users can click on details to view their personal information and click to agree or decline on this screen.
