Make suggestions: Users can send suggestions to the developer about new features, errors or other issues related to the application
Provide statistics: Developers can use statistical tools to analyze user reviews and comments and understand what users like and dislike about their products.
How to do it:
Step 1: User logs in to the application.
Step 2: In the menu bar, select Menu .
Step 3: Select Feedback .
Step 4: The application redirects to the review and feedback form, the user fills in the questions and clicks submit.
The information users enter is only used for product improvement purposes and will be kept confidential.
