When you feel you need immediate health support, users can send an emergency signal by pressing the SOS button on the screen. Signals will be sent to your EM-Caring (your follower), your Family doctor and the health assistant of the 24/7 support center for timely support.
Users may need to use a package that supports this feature.
Steps to follow:
Step 1: Press the floating SOS button on the screen.
Step 2: After 5 seconds of countdown, the application will send an emergency call to your Health assistant and Follower (if any), the information is sent includes:
Health data: Abnormal index and accompanying indexes at the time of signal recording.
Other data: Contact information, signal recording location.
Tip: Enable " Always allow " location access on the phone. Additionally, when granting location access, enable precise location if your phone has this setting.
