A EM-Cared is the person who you are responsible for monitoring their health (The ones in your "EM-Cared" section in Contact). You will receive notifications when they have health problems.
Steps to follow:
Step 1: User logs in with email or phone number. The screen will change to the Dashboard page .
Step 2: On the dashboard, the user clicks on " Contact " in the navigation bar. The screen will change to the Contact screen
Step 3: Click on the “ EM Cared ” section and the screen will display a list of EM-Cared.
Step 4: Click on the name of the EM-Cared whose health you want to monitor. The screen will switch to the Dashboard of the selected EM-Cared.
Step 5: User can view their EM-Cared's health indexes on the Dashboard or click on " Details " in section [ Today's health records ]. The screen will move to the [ Health Records ] screen.
Steps to follow:
Step 1: On your EM-Cared's Dashboard, click on “ Details ” in the “ Today's Health Record ” section. The screen will move to the [ Health record ] screen
Step 2: Click on the “ SOS History ” section. The screen will display a list of relatives' emergencies during the month.
Step 3: Click on any EM-Cared's emergency. The screen will move to the [ Emergency Details ] screen . On this screen, the screen displays information about EM-Cared such as the cause of the emergency, location, emergency time, as well as other health indicators at the time of the emergency.
Step 4: Click “ Action ” below. A pop up window will appear giving the user two options: “ Call now ” and “ I checked ” to support the EM-Cared.
